Keeping in tune with the green theme of the show, Lonza presented its new Polyglycerol Esters at Suppliers’ Day. The collection of 100% plant derived ingredients includes Polyaldo 3-1-S, an emulsifier containing triglyceryl monostearate; Polyaldo 6-2-S, a dispersing agent with hexaglyceryl distearate; and Polyaldo 10-1-0, a solubilizer with decaglyceryl monooleate; to name a few.
